*You can return the car at any time. Weekly block payments are not prorated.

Pick up location

Pick up locations can be found here. Cars can be picked up between Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 3.00pm (Excluding public holidays).

Unlimited kms

You can choose unlimited kms in your rental or for a lower rate you can select a car that has a 1,000kms allowance per week.

Insurance excess

All vehicles are covered with comprehensive insurance for rideshare use with an excess of $2,000. See PDS for standard exclusions.

Credit card

Once a reservation has been created, an email containing a secure link to a credit card portal will be sent to you. Your credit card will be charged at the time of collecting the vehicle.

Bond

You will be required to pay one week rental bond upfront. We charge the amount to your credit card equal to the rental payment.

Driver details

You need to have an active rideshare driver account number before ORIX can release the car.

A minimum of 1 week must be selected to submit the reservation. Rentals are charged in one-week blocks. As an example, if you select 1.5 weeks you will be charged for 2 weeks.
