If you are an existing user and have access to the existing ORIX Companion app you will need to delete this app and download the new ORIX Novated Companion app through either the App Store or Google Play. Login credentials will be the same as the previous ORIX Companion app. If you are new to ORIX and your contract has been activated, you will receive a User Activation email to activate your account and set your password. You will also receive a Welcome email from ORIX containing links to download the app.
Through the app you can:
- View contract details and maintenance budgets in real-time
- Request a replacement fuel card
- Submit reimbursements
- Edit personal and bank details
- Receive push notifications for overdue services and registration
- Search authorised repairer and service centres
- Locate emergency contact numbers.
You don’t need to log in to the app each time you use it, unless you have set a pin or touch ID. Each time you open the app you can log in using one of these functions.
The original app will still be available to use until early 2020, however it will no longer be updated with new features. A notification will be sent to users prior to disabling the app.
